Dr Leonie Tanczer is Principal Investigator (PI) of the CMA 1990 project and specialises in the intersection points of technology, security, and gender. She is an Associate Professor in International Security and Emerging Technologies at UCL and an Honorary Visiting Lecturer at the Violence and Society Centre, City/University of London. She also leads the “Gender and IoT” research programme and is a member of the Violence, Abuse and Mental Health Network (VAMHN) as well as the newly set up UKPRP-funded “Violence, Health and Society” (VISION) Consortium.
