Dr Baraa Zieni is a researcher in Computer Science, joined the School of Management to work on the ACCEPT project as part of REPHRAIN — National Research Centre on Privacy, Harm Reduction and Adversarial Influence Online.
Before Bristol, she was a researcher and teaching associate at University of Leicester where also obtained her PhD in Computer Science. Baraa also was visiting researcher at Bournemouth University (2018-2019). She is an Associate Fellow of Higher Education Academy (AFHEA) and taught in several areas of Computer Science and Software Engineering over the last ten years. She had a number of other roles such as software developer, project manager, and has been working with ICPC — International Collegiate Programming Contest since 2013.
