Adam Jenkins is a Research Associate in Design Informatics at the University of Edinburgh. Adam began studying Computer Science, and in later years focused on User Experience research and Human Factors, completing a PhD under Kami Vane and Maria Wolters on System Administrators’ Information Sources and Patching Decision. Adam has worked on the EPSRC project Chatty Factories as well as on some smaller projects as part of Creative Informatics. His work generally focussing on skilled IT workers and their working practices to understand and avert unintentional security misconfigurations. Adam is currently working on building a Phishing Autoresponder to produce contextual feedback for a suspicious email.
