Richard Jones is Senior Lecturer in Criminology at Edinburgh Law School, University of Edinburgh. His research focuses on the use of emerging technologies in crime, crime prevention, surveillance and security, including in the fields of cybercrime and cyber security. He specialises in understanding and informing policy-making in these areas.
